Fatima Elwakil

Fatima Elwakil, Ph.D., PMP

Dr. Fatima Elwakil, Managing Director of NTG-Egypt is a senior Corporate Trainer and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 22 years experience. She taught university graduate and undergraduate students in Michigan and Massachusetts. She also worked in the IT departments of FORTUNE 500 Companies in the US in different positions. Dr. Elwakil has designed, administered and delivered project management, business analysis, systems analysis and IT technical training courses to national and international organizations.

Dr. Elwakil training philosophy focuses on a learner-centered approach that serves the individual learning needs of each participant.

Dr. Elwakil’s work also includes:

  • Carrying out training needs analyses
  • Designing and developing course content including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, students’ manuals and exercises
  • Customizing training courses based on customer needs
  • Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up training environment and installing simulation software at client sites
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes
  • Organizing and marketing courses to meet the needs of learners and demands of business

Dr. Elwakil is a member of the Project Management Institute and International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®). She also served as Secretary of the Association for Development, Advancement & Productivity through Technology Training (ADAPT) a New England-based organization of training professionals.


Ahmed Taha

Ahmed Taha, M.Sc, MBA, PMP, PMI-RMP, ITIL, CBAP, PMOC

Engineer Ahmed has more than 8 years of experience in teaching project management, business and risk management. He conducted a number of in-house and public courses inside and outside of Egypt.

In 2005 he received a Diploma in Project Management from Cambridge University, and in 2006 he became a PMP, and in 2010 he was certified as a PMI-RMP from PMI. In 2013 he received his CBAP certification from IIBA.

In 2008 Ahmed finished an MBA degree specializing in International Business from Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquéesis (ESLSCA Group), France.

Ahmed worked as a volunteer with PMI MENA Chapter from 2008 till 2013 and he was a board member of PMI MENA Chapter and the Program Director of the Chapter until July 2013. Ahmed was the PMIEF Liaison with PMI MENA Chapter from April 2012 till July 2013. He was also a speaker in Hand-in-Hand 2012 event organized by PMI MENA Chapter and talked about how to use project management to enhance the performance of the NGOs.

In 1996 Ahmed graduated from Ain-shams University, Faculty of Engineering, Communication and Electronics department. In 1997 he received a diploma in software development from Information Technology Institute, in May 2000 he finished successfully his master degree in network management using artificial intelligent mobile agent to manage TCPIP-based network.


Ola Abdel Moniem Fathalla

Ola Abdel Moniem Fathalla, PMP, HRBP

Ola is a freelance Trainer and Consultant. Ola is an accredited PMP credential since June 2008.

Ola worked over 20 years in the Petroleum Sector with the last two years in Project Management with Halliburton Company – Eastern Hemisphere. Held various positions with Exploration and Oil Service companies in the Oil and Gas Sector such as; Accountant, Technical Assistant, Proposals and Tenders, Contracts’ Negotiation, PM Resources Pool. Ola’s work experience allowed her a broad exposure to different knowledge areas and project work experience that energizes Training attendees with real-life business examples.

Ola has been an active member of PMI MENA Chapter for many years. She was also a speaker in Hand-in-Hand 2012 event organized by PMI MENA Chapter


Abdelrahman Sheta

Abdelrahman Sheta, PMP, MCSA, MCP, ITIL

Engineer Abdelrahman has more than 10 years of experience working in Information Technology applying his knowledge and experience to satisfy business needs and drive business growth in the Financial Service and Information Technology industries. His experience includes working with System Engineering, Software Development, Software Management, Hardware Management, Business Analysis, and Project Management.

During his career, Mr. Sheta participated in the design and implementation of Enterprise Software Solutions, building and Migrating data centers, and Managing hardware/software projects from end to end.

As a part of his passion of sharing his knowledge and experience with others, Abdelrahman has started to deliver intensive training to professionals in different industries on Project Management, Risk Management, and Business Analysis. Beside his technical experience, Abdelrahman is an active member in Project Management Institute (PMI) working to develop his skills and knowledge and help others as well.


Yehia Amer

Yehia Amer, EMC2 Lena Six-Sigma Green Belt

Yehia is a system analyst at EMC2. A recipient of “Lean Six Segma Green Belt” for leaning unneeded processes in his department through removing or automating repeated tasks. His efforts resulted in significant increase Quality and saving Time.

Yehia has also worked as a system analyst and database designer in software companies, health care establishments and the Government.

After graduating number one in his class, Yehia was appointed as a teaching assistant for 2 years at Management information Systems department.

Yehia is fininishing his Masters Degree at Cario Univeristy. His concentration and interst is Security and Cloud Computing. His master degree thesis title is "Biometric Authentication in Cloud as a 3rd platform". Yehia enjoy training and programming with several languages like C# , VB.Net, ASP.Net and Python.
